Women's International Leadership Conference - WIL

The Women’s International Leadership Conference (WIL) is a student-led initiative organized by young women from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. WIL provides a platform for advocacy, dialogue, and inspiration in the interest of advancing women’s roles in the professional sphere.

The conference offers an opportunity for the participants to practice their professional skills during interactive workshops, targeting key aspects such as work-life balance, leading and managing teams, and confident public appearance. At WIL, innovative and entrepreneurially-minded professional women and men from around the globe share their experiences and knowledge with students. WIL is eager to engage men and male-dominated institutions who have taken on the lead in the advancement of women's leadership. This inclusive and solution-focused approach will result in concrete proposals on how to remove barriers on women's way to the top.

Get to know your future female leaders! Throughout the conference, WIL incorporates networking elements that ensure that speakers, companies, and university students can make long-lasting contacts. This entails a networking brunch, allowing for interaction in a relaxed setting.
