About (original language)

About (English translation)
Mesh is a collaborative open-access web space for people involved in community engagement with health research in low and middle income countries (LMICs). It provides an online meeting place where community engagement practitioners, researchers, health workers and others can network, share resources and discuss good practice. Objectives

The objectives of Mesh are to:

- Bring together existing resources on the methods and evaluation of community engagement (CE) in LMICs and host them in a single location;
- Identify where there are gaps in the resources available and collate or create content to address these gaps;
- Create and facilitate networking opportunities through an interactive community of those working in Community Engagement in LMICs;
- Facilitate sharing of knowledge, good practice and experience on subjects identified by the community;
- Signpost to e-learning opportunities;
- Highlight relevant events and workshops worldwide and share findings from them.

We hope that you will invite colleagues to the network, start conversations and submit resources to build MESH into a broad and valuable tool for those working in community engagement.
