Gender. Few people are aware that even excellently educated women have to deal with gender-based obstacles and prejudices. It is our goal to make more people aware of these problems and to present and discuss possible solutions. Moreover we want to increase the visiblity of female role models.

Networking. During the conference you will have many opportunities to exchange your experience with others and come into contact with the speakers. In order to provide protected spaces where the female participants can network among themselves, we offer the conference dinner and certain discussion sessions for women only.
