Michael Stuber is internationally recognised as a Diversity innovator and was one of the pioneers of Diversity on the European level. Over the past 19 years, Michael has released 8 ground-breaking studies, written or been featured in more tahan one hundred articles, radio and television features and has written five books on EMEA region Diversity and Inclusion. Gender has been a focus in almost his entire work which he bases on scientific evidence. Hence, gender in research and academics in general and in science in particular has formed part of his work. He applies his expertise and pushes the advancement of the principles gender and D&I in the workplace by working with global corporate clients, the public sector and NGOs. He also regularly provides keynote speeches and participates in panel discussions of international events in the field. Through his ground-breaking work, he has become known as the ‘Diversity Guru’.
