About you (please use English)
Ewa Krzaklewska, PhD, a sociologist, an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. My research interests relate to youth sociology, including transitions to adulthood, youth mobility, youth work and policy, as well as to gender equality and family studies. I have worked in many research projects – both in relation to gender equality in family (GEQ. Gender Equality and Quality of Life. How gender equality can contribute to development in Europe. A study of Poland and Norway), as well in academia (GENERA. Gender Equality Network in European Research Area, Horizon 2020). Since 2018, I coordinate the Horizon 2020 project at the Jagiellonian University ACT – Communities of Practice for Accelerating Gender Equality and Institutional Change in Research and Innovation across Europe, which aims at supporting Central and Eastern European research institutions in implementation of gender equality policies through establishing a Community of Practice #ACTonGEinCEE (act-on-gender.eu).
