About you (please use English)
am a senior Gender & Innovation researcher and project manager with 15 years+ experience in EU funded projects. My research and work is located at the intersections between social and technological innovation to make innovation policies and processes more sustainable and inclusive through diversity sensitive co-design and participatory design methods.
I hold a PhD in Cognitive and learning sciences and a Bachelor in Philosophy and Social Sciences and I have cooperated with universities and research centres in Italy as well as international consultancies and agencies in Italy and abroad.
I have a strong focus on how learning processes can facilitate dealing with complexity both at the organizational and inter-organizational level in digital societies, and I am an experienced learning/training designer and trainer myself.
I have been designing, coordinating and implementing EU projects since the year 2002 (Equal I and II Phase multistakeholders partnerships as well as Interreg III and IV C, FP7, H2020), and have contributed as Board Member to several EU level NGOs active on women's/gender issues, and collaborated with women's organization globally. I have substantial experience in service design at the city and metropolitan city level, as well as in cultural events and conferences management.
I have been active member of the GenderSTE COST Network (Urban studies Working Group) from 2015-2017 and I am a vetted gender expert at UNDP Europe.
