I have been involved in various research and evaluation projects on early childhood care, women's empowerment, female employment. I am holding a MSc degree in Social Policy Analysis from KU Leuven, and a BA degree in Economics from Marmara University. My educational background is established on quantitative research methods, yet I have developed strong qualitative research skills throughout ongoing work experience. Most of the projects that I have been involved in were/are mixed methods studies and I was/am responsible for the field coordination, supporting and conducting the field work, and analysing the qualitative data.
