I'm librarian at Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias and member of the Gender Equality Commission since 2008. I've participated in GENERA Project (2015-2018) and I'm currently participating in GENERA Network. IAC is member of "Tenerife Violeta" a network created by the Cabildo de Tenerife and I'm one of the 3 persons designated to collaborate with this network.
