- Lideré un equipo multidisciplinario que realiza estudios, informes y estadísticas para la toma de decisiones internas y como punto focal nacional para organizaciones internacionales (OCDE, BID, UNESCO, RICYT).
- Coordiné la primera "Encuesta Nacional sobre la Percepción Social de la Ciencia y la Tecnología", una encuesta nacional de 7.400 encuestados, que incluye un análisis comparativo de los resultados por región, país y género.
- Tuve un papel clave en la representación de CONICYT en una variedad de grupos de trabajo de alto nivel tanto nacionales como internacionales, lo que resultó en alianzas interinstitucionales más fuertes en temas de educación, CTI y equidad de género.
- Lidere todos los aspectos de planificación, producción y organización de LAC-Gender Summit 12, el primer evento de este tipo en América Latina. Con un presupuesto de $ 300,000, 60 presentadores de 15 países y más de 500 participantes -incluida la presidenta Michelle Bachelet-, este evento reunió a actores regionales clave para fortalecer sus redes de promoción de la equidad de género en ciencia, tecnología e innovación (STI).
- Recomendé y supervisé la creación del "Plan institucional de Género 2025", con el fin de promover la participación de las mujeres en las CTI e introducir un enfoque de género en todas las decisiones institucionales.

- Spearheaded all planning, production and organizational aspects of Gender Summit 12, the first such event in Latin America. With a $300,000 budget, 60 presenters from 15 countries, and over 500 participants –including President Michelle Bachelet–, this event brought together key regional actors to strengthen their networks for promoting gender equity in science, technology and innovation (STI).
