Jornades GENTALENT
“GENTALENT. Incorporant, retenint i promocionant el talent de les dones al sector ocupacional de les tecnologies”
Universitat de Barcelona, Facultat d’Economia i Empresa, Sala de Graus, el 27 d’octubre de 2017, de 10h a 17,30h.
Aquestes jornades es porten a terme en el marc del projecte GENTALENT finançat per la convocatòria Recercaixa 2014 i dirigit per la Dra. Ana M. González Ramos (IN3, UOC) i la Dra. Elisabet Almeda Samaranch (COPOLIS, UB). Per l’ocasió es presentaran i debatran els principals resultats del projecte, així com la situació de les dones en el sector tecnològic i els reptes i potencials de futur. Hi participaran persones expertes de diferents àmbits: associacions i xarxes de dones i tecnologies, empreses tecnològiques, empreses de selecció de personal, universitats, així com altres organitzacions de l’àmbit tecnològic.
Les jornades estan formades per 3 taules rodones:
- La situació de les dones en el sector tecnològic
- Dones i tecnologies enxarxades
- L’accés de les dones a les ocupacions tecnològiques: reptes de futur
A més, paral·lelament, comptarem amb l’exposició “L’enginy (in)visible. Dones catalanes en l’àmbit de les tecnologies: passat, present i futur” i també podrem gaudir d’una videoinstal·lació de Donestech.

"GENTALENT. Incorporating, retaining and promoting the talent of women in the occupational technology sector "
University of Barcelona, Faculty of Economics and Business, Sala de Graus, on October 27, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This conference is carried out within the framework of GENTALENT project funded by the Recercaixa 2014 call and directed by Dr. Ana M. González Ramos (IN3, UOC) and Dr. Elisabet Almeda Samaranch (COPOLIS, UB). For the occasion, the main results of the project will be presented and discussed, as well as the situation of women in the technological sector and the challenges and potentials for the future. Experts from different fields will participate: associations and networks of women and technology, technology companies, HHRR companies, universities, as well as other organizations in the technological field.
The conferences consist of 3 round tables:
- The situation of women in the ICT sector
- Networks, women and ICT
- Women's access to ICT jobs: challenges for the future
In addition, in parallel, we will have the exhibition "The (in)visible wick. Catalan women in the field of ICT : past, present and future "and we can also enjoy a video installation of Donestech.
