European gender equality law review

The European Gender Equality Law Review is a biannual publication which details the national legislative, policy, case-law, and other developments in EU gender equality issues from the 33 countries participating in the EU Network of Legal Experts in the Field of Gender Equality. Each edition of the Law Review includes at least two academic articles on EU gender equality issues, an editorial, the relevant developments in European policy and legislation, and the most recent case-law updates from the European Courts and the UN CEDAW Committee. This final edition of the European Gender Equality Law Review includes two articles on surrogacy and discrimination in advertising respectively
