The themes of the conference will be:

  1. Engineering progress for women in science, technology and medicine. What may work and what does not? Are there working “check-lists” to follow to create better conditions?
  2. Best practices that work. Are there good examples we can learn from?
  3. What is the fore-front in gender and diversity within science, technology and medicine? What is the latest in research and how can it be implemented?

The conference should be a meeting point for researchers and practitioners in the field.
