Gender Equality Plan - University College Cork

As part of the INSPIRE project’s outcomes, the Consortium uploads Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) and/or Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) plans as examples of good practice. These GEPs are drawn from a range of institutions and sectors, thereby providing a diverse repertoire of models that other institutions may use as a basis for developing their own tailored Inclusive Gender Equality Plans (IGEPs).

The present document is the 2022–2026 GEP of University College Cork, Ireland. In 2026, the university was one of the institutions awarded the EU Gender Equality Champions in Research and Innovation Prize in the Inclusive Champion category by the European Commission.
