The GEECCO infographic ‘SMART Gender Equality Objectives’ provides a helpful snapshot of how to improve gender equality plan (GEP) set-up by formulating SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) objectives. It is intended to help gender equality officers and agents at research performing organisations formulate SMART objectives for their own GEPs.
