About you (please use English)
I am a social and educational psychology PhD Researcher at Open University of Catalonia with a fellowship from the Government of Catalonia co-funded by the European Social Fund working with Gender and ICT research group. I was a visiting researcher at University of California, Santa Cruz working with Dr. Campbell Leaper. Before starting the doctoral studies I finished an Official Master Degree in Social Psychology at University of Granada and a Bachelor Degree in Primary Education at University of Extremadura. During the Bachelor Degree I did an internship at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in México and another at the University of Eastern Finland where I developed my Bachelor's thesis and I was a teacher assistant in different Finnish schools.
In my PhD I analyse the pre-service teachers' opinions and attitudes of gender roles and stereotypes about males' and females' competences in STEM subjects using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
My expertise is in gender, diversity, inclusion, STEM, education, intersectionality and equality.

I am PhD researcher in Gender and ICT group at Open University of Catalonia. My thesis is about the transmission of gender roles and stereotypes by pre-service teachers. My interests are: academic sexism, underrepresentation of women in STEM occupations, diversity & inclusion in the workplace, LGTBIQ+ discriminations in the workplace, interventions confronting sexism & inequalities in the workplace, women's leadership in companies, increase the sense of belonging in the workplace.
