I am a pracademic, working almost entirely within Higher Education universities and research institutes, in Australia, NZ and Europe. My most recent research examined sponsorship practices in HE and this has recently been published in partnership with Universities Australia Executive Women.
I am interested in gender strategy, with a. focus on linking individual development to organisational change. I am often drawn to relational practices - hence my interest in mentoring and sponsorship
