Maxime Forest, PhD, is gender trainer and expert at Yellow Window. He is also associate researcher and senior lecturer at Sciences Po Paris University. Under his capacity as a gender expert, he contributed to design the GEAR online tool, devoted to integrating gender in research by the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) and DG Research and Innovation, and has been involved in 8 EU-funded projects in the field, including as Scientific coordinator of the EGERA project and evaluator of the EQUAL-IST, SUPERA and RESET projects. A member of the Gender Equality Academy, he also wrote with Lut Mergaert the chapter on integrating gender in the SAGE Handbook of Research Management (2015) and numerous reports, policy briefs and academic papers on mainstreaming gender in a variety of fields, including research and innovation. He is currently coordinating at Sciences Po a research commissioned by the French Development Agency (AFD) on gender and climate change, in the prospect of the Generation Equality Summit.
