Associate professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at Universitat Jaume I (Castellón, Spain), Dr. in Psychology and Master in Gender Studies. Coordinator of the research group Gender, Health and Work (GeST, which is the acronim in Spanish) focused on emotions at work and emotion regulation considering the gender perspective. Currently I´m teaching Intervention in Equal Opportunities (master in Work and Organizational Psychology) and in Career Guidance (bachelor degree in Psychology), and I´m the academic secretary of the Faculty of Health Sciences in my University. I have edited 3 books about Gender and Emotions in Spanish, and organized as president two international conferences among Health, Emotions and Gender.
