About you (please use English)
I am a sociologist and a mathematician, experienced academic teacher and active reasercher. I am a head of the Team for Best Practise at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (Poland). The Team gathers mainly scientists who are also mothers of young children. One of our main aims is to work in the area of promoting equality in science, especially we are concern about the share of women scientist. We are a member of European Platform of Women Scientists and since 2013 annually organize international conferences on WOMEN IN SCIENCE. Our scientific projects are within area of higher education. I am active researcher also interested in international cooperation, especially with authorities from scientific umbrella organizations and universities.
