European 7th Framework Programme Project Genis LAB:
- responsible for the implementation of the project at the National Institute of Chemistry Slovenia
- successfully managed, planned, organized, directed and coordinatied professional and administrative work of the project (in dimensions of a project research: Human Resources, Gender Budgeting, Organizational Culture and Stereotypes)
- performed research work and preparation of the project contents on selected issues in all above mentioned dimensions
- performed Gender-targeted and Comparative organizational analyses
- planned and implemented Self-Tailored Action Plan
- performed Project Self-Assessment and Evaluation
- drafted, composed, conducted, coordinated and implemented a Dissemination and Awareness Campaign (development and design of project dissemination items and their dissemination, performing awareness raising and dissemination activities).

Improvement of organizational climate workplace, acting on organizational culture: changing negative gender stereotypes, improvement of internal communication skills through the use of gender-sensitive language in documents whenever possible, establishment of a social dialogue, creating positive role-models, establishment of monitoring systems in the field of Human Resources and Budgeting.
