Inspiring Gender Equality Measures in Academia

Watch this new video with Dr. Gerlind Wallon, Deputy Director of the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) on how to push forward with gender equality measures in academic organizations.

Dr. Gerlind Wallon shares EMOS's experience and expertise in terms of implementing gender equality measures. She gives three illustrative examples of using quotas in research institutions: during recruitment processes, for scientific committees and participation in research funding decisions. For each one of these type of quotas, Gerlind Wallon analyses advantages and disadvantages.
