Tackling Inequalities through Gender Budgeting

This publication was prepared for the Wales Centre for Public Policy and Welsh Government in 2019. It uses the Framework of Favourable Conditions (O'Hagan, 2015) to gauge current preparedness of the Welsh Government for progressing the adoption of gender budgeting, highlighting areas of development necessary.

The FFC and proposed approach in Wales are set in the context of comparative examples of other sub-national governments - and not invidividual organisations.
