About (English version)
The paper discusses the current situation of women in the labour market as well as defining goals and action spheres. Finally the Action Plan presents 55 measures dealing with (1) Diversifying education and career choices, (2) Increasing labour market opportunities – reducing barriers to labour force participation, (3) More women in leadership positions and (4) Reducing the gender pay gap.
