About you (please use English):
Prof. Dr. Gonca Gunay has earned a bachelor’s degree from Bilkent University Department of Management in 1996 and MBA degree from Koç University in 1998. In 2004, she completed her PhD studies at Dokuz Eylül University. To conduct research in the field of management, she had been a visiting scholar at Columbia Business School in 2006 and Post-Doctoral Fulbright Fellow at Harvard Business School in 2010. She has worked for İzmir University of Economics, İstanbul Aydın University and Kadir Has University. Currently, she works as a Professor of Management and as Vice Rector responsible for Research at İstanbul Bilgi University. Her research interests are women’s entrepreneurship, women in leadership positions and business models of social enterprises.
