GENOVATE Convention

The FP7 Project GENOVATE Convention took place on the 5th of March 2014 at the Trnava University in Slovakia. The project can be seen as a “sister” project of GenPORT. Its objective is to ensure equal opportunities for women and men by encouraging a more gender-competent management in research, innovation and scientific decision-making bodies, with a particular focus on universities. The Slovak GenPORT team participated at the convention in order to connect with the GENOVATE project and to disseminate the GenPORT project. The GENOVATE Convention was an excellent opportunity to build new collaborations with colleagues from seven project partner institutions.
