Gender Diversity - Implications for Research Funding Organizations

Gender Diversity Index as a monitoring and assessment tool for teams. Apparently, a higher score on the GDI indirectly increases the team's productivity. Funding organizatons can use the GDI as a more sophistcated instrument to assess the gender inclusiveness of applicant teams.
