About (English version):
In order to provide a strong foundation for the design of their Gender Equality Plans, the RPOs and RFOs involved in CALIPER have carried out an analytic effort to assess factors and procedures inside their institutions thus identifying gender bias and inequalities both at the departmental and organisational level.
This internal assessment was paired with an investigation of the external factors in each partnering country to evaluate the regional/national innovation ecosystems, where each PRO/RFO is positioned. The scope of the external assessment is to better understand at which stages of the research-transfer to the market and innovation cycle the gender inequalities are displayed.
This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 873134
